Graves Electrical Services was pleased to be able to send our executive team to participate in NextEra Energy’s annual Friends of Scouting Pacesetter Luncheon at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida on September 28, 2021.  NextEra and Florida Power & Light have been proud supporters and sponsors of the Boy Scouts of America for 22 years and the Pacesetter Luncheon serves as a valuable fundraising endeavor for the Boy Scouts.  At this year’s luncheon alone, Graves Electrical Services helped NextEra Energy raise over a million dollars for the Boy Scouts of America!  The Boy Scouts have enriched the lives of America’s youth for over 100 years, and the Gulf Stream Council branch has performed over 86,000 hours of community service for seven southeast counties of Florida!  Shown in the image to the right are Graves Electrical’s Safety Director, Al Caprio, Administrative Director, Amy Neidigh, Project Director, Tony Pugh, Project Manager, Christian Fryslie, and Vice President of Operations, Sam Allison.  This year’s guest speaker was Mike Golic, former NFL defensive lineman for the Houston Oilers, Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Dolphins, who gave a memorable and inspiring speech recounting his experiences as a scout leader when his sons were scouts themselves.  Graves looks forward to a fulfilling and ongoing relationship with the Boy Scouts of America, NextEra Energy and FP&L and can’t wait to return for next year’s luncheon!
