Andy Fryslie – President/Owner
Andy has over 35 years construction experience in Transmission, Distribution, and Substation Construction. He joined the Graves organization in 2004 as manager of Substation Construction. His experience and management capability has allowed him to put together a top-notch team in the substation construction arena and has grown Graves Electrical Services into one of the top construction companies in the Southeast.
Sam Allison – Vice President of Operations
Sam has more than 25 years of experience in the power delivery industry as well as in welding technology. He has worked in all areas of Substation Construction and Transmission projects. He has managed the construction of substations up to 500kV for just about every utility provider in the central and eastern US.
Tony Pugh – Project Director
Tony has over 35 years of industrial, commercial and risk management experience with over 20 years in Transmission, Distribution, and Substation Construction. He joined the Graves organization in 2015. Tony has degrees in both Business Management and Contract Management.
Amy Neidigh – Administrative Director
Amy brings over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting to the Graves team. She joined the Graves organization in 2013 and has played a large role in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. Amy manages Human Resource policies & programs, Payroll and Accounting, and she is responsible for financial administrative and operational support for the entire company. She has a degree in Psychology and previously was Director of Career Services for a post-secondary technical school.
Tina Hart – Accounting Manager
Tina has worked in the accounting field for almost 40 years. She joined Graves in 1996 as Accounting Manager. Prior to Graves her experience includes General Accounting in the medical supply industry, manufacturing, and art galleries, as well as Cost Accounting for two major manufacturing companies. Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Maryland.
Ricky Talton – Southeast Area Manager
Ricky has more than 25 years of experience in the power delivery industry. He has project field experience in all phases of substation construction from foundations to commissioning and has worked on voltages 12kV through 500kV. His background includes running small projects or projects with up to 50 employees.
Matt Wilson – Project Manager
Matt Wilson is a Project Manager at Graves Electrical Services with 11 years of project management and leadership experience in the electrical industry. He contributes to project execution, field coordination, and safety performance while working closely with crews and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards. Matt earned dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Logistics & Intermodal Transportation from Georgia Southern University.
